Fine Asian food by c s Loo who uses his Malaysian and Singaporean experience to bring together the best of Malaysian, Cantonese and Thai styles as well as specialty Burmese style dishes including his famous Burmese Dry Lamb and Green Bean Salads.

The chef Loo has developed his interest in seafood to produce a Seafood San Choi Bow entrée and a main course of Steamed Coral Trout which are signature dishes he is very proud of.
